Shipping and Processing
Due to the handmade nature of our products, some items purchased may be on backorder and delayed. In-house processing time will vary by season. Expect 5-10 business days on average. During peak seasons, processing time may be approximately 2-4 weeks. Upon shipping, you will be emailed with a tracking number. Addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. A new order must be placed. We will cancel or refund minus shipping cost if item has been shipped. If you would like to expedite your order, or need it by a certain date, please contact us to make arrangements before placing your order. We try to accommodate every request. Expedited orders shipping 2nd day Expedited Priority will ship upon this time frame post standard production time. Please contact us before placing your order if overnight shipping is needed or we may not be able to guarantee it's on time arrival. Please note deliveries are not guaranteed on weekends or holidays. If you see your order has been shipped, however your order is lost in the mail, please contact the USPS and begin a claim before contacting us.
